When we both take a day to be laser focused on your web page and you make sure to complete your intake form on time, here’s what you can get in a day:

 

  • Up to a 4 - page Squarespace website (Typical pages include: Home, Services/Product, About and Contact)

  • 7 hour launch day including time for revisions

  • 2 tool integrations such as a newsletter sign-up or appointment booking (please note: accounts must be set-up before our morning)

  • Guidance on connecting a previously purchased domain or purchasing a new domain

  • Basic SEO set-up

  • 1 hour strategy session

  • 30 days free email support (answering questions and troubleshooting). 

  • Up to 60 minutes of training available. The goal will be to do this on the VIP Day. It time runs out, we will schedule a time together.

  • Yes. I only offer this service working with Squarespace. You don’t need to have it before we start, you can set it up on the day of our one page website design. I will create the site on my Squarespace account and in the course of working together I will transfer ownership of the website to you and guide you through the process of getting your Squarespace account set up.

  • I’ve been designing websites since 2009. They were mostly church and nonprofit sites, but I kept having friends asking me to design sites for them and their businesses. It turns out I was pretty good at it, which is why people kept asking me for a website. So I decided to turn it into a business, and it’s my passion to help small businesses, ministries, and nonprofits get a functional and beautiful website put together without breaking the bank.

  • Yes! We’ve worked with clients all over the world. There will likely be a time zone difference which may make things a bit challenging, but it’s a one and done sprint. You’ll need to make yourself available for the duration of the session via a chat channel (determined during a Discovery Call). That’s how we can get so much done so quickly; by eliminating the drag of email latency and all of the back and forth.

  • We will book your day far enough in advance for you to get your work done. I understand that ‘life happens’ and if you aren’t done in time you can re-schedule your day once. If your pre-work is not completed by the date of the re-schedule you will lose your design date (and your deposit).

  • Yes, but. We are quite confident at our ability to build websites. But, this working style is dynamic and hiccups can happen. If we find that we have to course correct, for example, you feel you don’t like the colors you decided on after all, we’ll have to take stock and re-prioritize. I will continually ask you: ‘is this a must-have to launch?’

    The kick-off call should help reduce these kinds of stumbling blocks. I’ll also go through all your desired features during the call and let you know if we can realistically get them done in a day.

  • This shouldn’t happen, but if you like, you have the option of booking another day or half day to finish up what couldn’t be done in a day. Launch In A Day clients do get access to special 90 minute, half day and full day rates where I can help you build on the website we create.

  • You can if you’d like, but the invoice provides you with an option to pay 50% up front and 50% upon site launch.

  • I will make sure basic SEO settings are in place (site title, description, browser icons, etc.). However SEO is a separate marketing exercise that you must undertake after the site is launched.
